Frozen pickle juice Popsicle, and my grand kids love it.

Ingredients:

  • dill pickle juice

Directions:

Pour the pickle juice in Popsicle molds, and freeze. The kids love them, and even my pregnant niece loves them.

Source: They sell them at my grandson's t-ball games.

Our school concession stand has been doing this for years using small cups and coffee stirrers for sticks. The kids love them.

I am going to try this because I hate just pouring the juice down the drain and love the flavor of pickles! Vlasic Zesty Dills happen to be my favorite ;-)
