Ingredients

  • 1 can tender chunk ham
  • 1 package Tuna Helper mix for cheese noodles and tuna
  • 1 package frozen broccoli (10oz.), spears or chopped (thaw and drain)
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 3 1/2 cups hot water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes

Directions

Place ham (with liquid) in a 10 inch skillet; break up with a fork. Add noodles, sauce, cut broccoli, water and onion. Heat to boiling over high heat, stirring occasionally, reduce heat and cover. Simmer, stirring frequently, until desired consistency, 15-20 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Sprinkle with cornflake topping.

Topping: Heat butter until melted and stir in cornflakes, cook over medium heat, stir until browned.
