Make Your Own Blush

I love the creamy style blush! I would like to know if anyone knows how to make your own creamy blush? Thanks!

Hey you can just mix Vaseline and lipstick together. Just an idea.

I'm going to try Beet Powder from my natural foods store. I'm just going to put it right on as blush and see how it works. I know its an ingredient in many commercial blushes (along with more toxic stuff). So why not just subtract all that commercial toxic junk and be left with the color? The beets! Anyone ever tried this?

If you have an old eyeshadow that is broken up it can be used as blush. ( Make sure its the color you want for blush.) Spoon it out of the container and lay it on a table with paper towel covering it. Then break it up into tiny pieces. Scoop it up and then put it back in the original container with the slightest bit of water. Put it in the freezer / fridge and wait ten minutes .. And There you have youre New Blush Apliccator

Heres how I made mine:I took a gel red blush that I bought from Mark that was way too dark and mixed it with a small container of eye cream and kept mixing and testing until I found the right shade of pink for me.

Lipstick can be used as a blusher. Just put a little on your finger or sponge pad and blend in on your cheek line and blend well. After that brush a little bit of translucent powder on that area and it will set it so it won't come off so easy. Hope this works for you. peggygv
