Mix flour, sugar, cocoa and baking powder in large mixing bowl. Set aside.
In a separate bowl beat eggs, beets, honey, vanilla, butter and milk.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well pour into 8 inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30-35 minutes.
Frost with cream cheese icing.
Blend cream cheese, milk, vanilla together. Gradually add confectioners sugar. Mix well. If too thick add more milk 1 tsp. at a time until desired consistency.

Add dry ingredients to egg mixture and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 8 inch square cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 40 minutes.
Cream Cheese Frosting:
Blend cream cheese with milk and vanilla. Gradually add sugar. Beat until smooth. If too thick, add more milk, one teaspoon at a time. When cake has has cooled completely, spread on frosting. Serves 12.
