Puppy Accidents Seeping Through A Rug
How do I rig a 5' x 7' area rug to prevent puppy urine accidents from seeping onto new laminate floor?

I would use a rubber sheet!

Perhaps you could cut a shower curtain to size and lay under the area rug.

I would probably line underneath with painters plastic dropcloth.
