Stretching Salmon Croquettes

Growing up one of my favorite foods was my mother's salmon croquettes, but there never seemed to be enough! (There never is of a favorite). Quite by accident I discovered an easy way to stretch a can of salmon. You add an egg as usual, but instead of flour, use Bisquick. It puffs the croquettes up a bit like a biscuit without any affect on flavor, then everyone has as much as they want!
