Does anyone remember iron on laminate veneers? I even purchased a roll through JC Penney catalog. It rolled out, you cut to size and literally ironed it onto your surface with clothing iron, then filed the edges to finish. It was a WONDERFUL product! Does anyone know where I can still purchase any?

We just did a little remodeling in our Kitchen and used some of the iron on laminate veneer around oak plywood that we use for our new island, The island looks as though it's a solid peice of wood; it's wonderful stuff. We bought it from our local builders store.

Lowes and Home Depot still carries it. I saw some at LOWES not long ago. You can go on line and order it also.

I don't know if you still can, but Nenards used to carry it. Have you tried other home improvement stores?

They are still available - my husband has some for maple. Try woodworking stores or websites - sorry I don't have a specific one for you right now.
