Ingredients
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 small onion, cut fine or grated
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup shredded Velveeta cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
Directions
Saute' carrots and onion in margarine until tender. Add flour and mix. Stir in remaining ingredients.
