Tom Collins
1 shot Gin
Collins Mix (get at most grocery stores)
(it can also be called Sweet and Sour Mix)
Grenadine (get at most grocery stores)
Put ice in glass.
Add shot of Gin.
Add Collins Mix to almost top. (can be called Sweet and Sour Mix)
Add enough Grenadine to get the color you like.
The Grenadine is sweet so be careful not to add
too much.
You can serve like this or shake it.
I bartended for a few years and this was the way we made them.
We made our own Sweet and Sour Mix, but I only know the measurements for a 10 gallon jug........ lol
