Most of my recipes call for a pack, a pack is over 2 teaspoons. (I buy in bulk.) I do have several other oatmeal bread recipes and they call for a bit more. Maybe the oatmeal takes a bit more to rise?

Recipe calls for 1 Tablespoon of yeast. Since this seems like a lot I wonder if it`s for real or a typo and 1 Teaspoon was meant. Most bread machine recipes seem to call for about 1 1/2 teaspoons of yeast.
