Quick Potato Frosting |
|
|
A quick frosting can be made by boiling a small potato, mashing it with butter, and adding powdered sugar and vanilla.

It would depend on the size of the potato. Sometimes trial and error is the only way to get the right taste. Taste test to suit yourself. I think I'll try Chocolate, my flavor of choice. Also Splenda is available as a sub. for sugar that I'm sure would work. GG Vi

Sounds like a quick and easy recipe that might be of interest to the lady who has lots of "instant potato flakes" on hand. She might like to try this.

I would think that amounts would be to taste or as you go along. This sounds like a good recipe to make quick.
