Stuffing Balls

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 pkg. stuffing mix for chicken
  • 3/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Brown meat; drain. Combine with dry stuffing mix in large bowl. Stir in cranberry sauce, egg and 1 cup water. Shape mixture into 16 balls. Place balls on foil-covered baking sheet; brush balls with melted butter. Bake 20 minutes.

If you read this recipe through, you will see in the middle of the instructions it says to add one cup of water. Don't do it. This is from the KraftFoods.com website, actually I saw it on their latest calendar. If you are going to add the water, do it one quarter cup at a time. The full cup is too much water and makes it impossible to make the balls. Ask me how I know this. *giggle*
