Keeping Flies Away from Outside Dogs

Thanks so much for the input! My six mountain cur loves thank y'all too. I was afraid to spray them with actual bug spray. I bought some ointment over the weekend at a local farm supply store. I'm hopeful. I love the planter pot idea as well.

Make them indoor dogs.

A small bug zapper works wonders and we used to take l gal black planter pots and coat them with red transmission fluid and all kind of bugs including white flies would lite on it an couldn't get off, this works for deer and bear flies too.

They do make bug spray just for dogs. I have seen expensive all natural brands in expensive pet supply stores, some less expensive in Petsmart, and some in farm supply stores.
