If you want to liven up a can of Baked Beans, add some runny honey & chopped fresh coriander, yum!

I fine a chopped onion with a hint of Lea & Perrins, yellow mustard, brown sugar and bacon or just the bacon grease used to sautee the onions can really liven up regular pork n beans.

To liven up my pork & beans, I add in a few squirts of mustard (any will do) and 2T of brown sugar. I have also used pancake syrup in place of the brown sugar.
