Parmesan Taco Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Tortilla chips

Directions

Brown meat; drain. Add onion; cook until tender. Stir in barbecue sauce and cheese. Cover; simmer 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Combine lettuce and tomatoes; mix lightly. Combine sour cream and cheese; mix well. For each salad, top tortilla chips with lettuce mixture, meat mixture and sour cream mixture.
