Brown Sugar Icing

- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup sour cream

Boil together for 20 min. or until it forms a soft ball in cold water. Remove from heat. Beat until creamy enough to spread.

Sounds wonderful! Do you have to stir it while it is cooking for the 20
minutes?
