- 1 package Bridgeford rolls (frozen dinner yeast rolls)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 to 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 package butterscotch pudding mix (small package)
- 1 stick butter
Grease Bundt pan. Put rolls around bottom of pan. Sprinkle brown sugar, butterscotch pudding mix and cinnamon. Melt butter and pour over rolls. Place aluminum foil over Bundt pan with a towel on top. Let rise overnight (not in refrigerator) Bake at 350 degrees F for 1/2 hour. Let cool in pan for 15 minutes to let the pudding set up, then invert on plate.
