Mineral spirits! The stuff smells bad but works in a couple minutes.

I remember that years ago, someone "held up" a Hallmark store and they put the employees' hands on the counter with super glue. They used nail polish remover to separate their hands from the counter. It was quite impressive reading about it as it worked.

Acetone will remove super glue. Some nail polish removers have acetone in the mix. If the amount of acetone in the remover is high enough, it might work also.

nail polish remover (the stuff with acetone), comes off quick. Follup with a moisturizer though, it fries out your hands.
