Crockpot Barbeque Beef Sandwiches |

Simple crockpot recipe.
Ingredients:
- 3 pounds of chuck roast
- Water
- Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Liquid Smoke
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 1/4 cup Coca Cola
- Tabasco Sauce
- Hamburger buns
Directions:
- Take a handful of brown sugar and rub it into the chuck roast.
- Put the chuck in the crockpot and add water to cover.
- Cook all night on the low setting on your crockpot.
- Remove the chuck roast in the morning but save one cup of the liquid in the crockpot.
- Shred the chuck roast and put it back in the crockpot with the cup of liquid you saved.
- Then add all other ingredients and cook for 4 to 5 hours on low.
- Serve on hamburger buns.

It was terrific, I did not change a thing. I will definitely make this again for home and church functions. Try it your family will love it.
