Crockpot Barbeque Beef Sandwiches

Simple crockpot recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 3 pounds of chuck roast
  • Water
  • Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Liquid Smoke
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1 1/4 cup Coca Cola
  • Tabasco Sauce
  • Hamburger buns

Directions:

  1. Take a handful of brown sugar and rub it into the chuck roast.
  2. Put the chuck in the crockpot and add water to cover.
  3. Cook all night on the low setting on your crockpot.
  4. Remove the chuck roast in the morning but save one cup of the liquid in the crockpot.
  5. Shred the chuck roast and put it back in the crockpot with the cup of liquid you saved.
  6. Then add all other ingredients and cook for 4 to 5 hours on low.
  7. Serve on hamburger buns.

It was terrific, I did not change a thing. I will definitely make this again for home and church functions. Try it your family will love it.
