Scalloped Sausage Casserole


  • 3 cups sliced raw potatoes
  • 1/3 cup minced onion
  • 1 pkg. brown and serve sausage
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup cream of celery soup
  • Ad
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter


Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion, sausage (cut in thirds) and seasoning in greased casserole (use large casserole). Pour combined soup and milk over the casserole mixture. Dot with butter. Cover and bake for 1-1/2 hours. Uncover and bake about 30 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender. Serves 4. Note: Do not add more liquid: boils over!
