Sounds good, I'll give it a try. My family loves gravy and biscuits on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We make white gravy (flour, milk, oil) then add about a cup of shredded leftover turkey. Pour the hot gravy over a split biscuit, an Appalachian favorite!
