I like to plan my birthday ahead and I'm turning 13, but I don't know what my birthday party would be about. I'm going to have a sleepover with 10 girls, but we need something to do during the day. Btw I'm a girly girl. Any ideas?

You could have a spa party around 4. Dont make the party too long. People will get bored!

I think a day long event and sleep over could be fun as long as you pace yourselves and plan a variety of inexpensive and fun activities.
You could start with a fun lunch...like at a tea house theme with little tea sandwiches and cute little Petit Fours desserts. If you have the budget to have it at an actual tea house, those can really fun! We have one near me that I adore!
Then you can have a modeling session/clothing exchange ..where each of your friends brings something...either an outfit (if you are all around the same size) or some jewelry or purses to the party and you exchange so everyone gets to take something new home. (be sure to get the parent's permission first just to be safe).
Modeling everyone's outfit is fun! I did this for a birthday many years ago and it was a hoot!! Thank goodness it was before social media :)
Then have a fun dinner--maybe a cookout with burgers and hot dogs. You can then do movies and/or video games with cake and ice cream, and then bed time.
A quick breakfast in the morning to end the celebration would cap off the event!

How about a mani pedi and fashion party where everyone brings nail polish and nail stuff, along with clothes to trade/try on? That was one of my faves when I was about your age. We were all girly girls and it was so fun to get glammed up!
