I am turning 15 in November and it's cold where I live. I want to do something with a friend or 2, but am not sure what. Any ideas?

Small parties are fun. How about high tea. We have lots of neat tea houses where I am. My fav has a fireplace and amazing scones.
Maybe go to a movie or concert after or ice skating or shopping!
You could take lots of pictures for your social media!
