My 15th birthday is on February 15th. I usually have everything planned out like a year in advance, but this year I have no idea what I'm doing. It has to be amazing because it could be my last birthday in this state.

Aww! No wonder you are stressed. Maybe there is something you and your friends can do to help and celebrate your birthday like arranging for something to help others who are in the same boat you are in. Your "good service" celebration could be fun for everyone and help others. It is really good karma too!!
Maybe you and your mom can talk about this and come up with a plan. Prayers that it all works out.
I think you are facing soem sort of creative block because you are just making your expectations too large. It seems like you have this idea that is has to be PERFECT... OR ELSE!!!!
That idea will simply block your creativity more and make for a not particularly fun time, especially for you.
try to remember that birthday parties are about having FUN and that hyou can when you grow up channel that hyperactive overachieving attitude towards becoming a professional party planner or seeking a seat in the UN or pursuing a law degree with a view to become a Supreme Court Judge
aside from that, that seems to be very near Valentine's Day. You could do something with a Valentine's theme and have some sort of 'quinceanera' romantic thing with fancy dress and a band or a DJ and amazing decorations, if you have the budget.
Hello! I hear more concern about you moving than planning your birthday. Is that what is worrying you? Have you talked to your parents or grandparents or a trusted adult about this? Even a guidance counselor at school?
Worry and anxiety, while not ideal, are normal and it may help to talk to someone ASAP!! Then once you can take care of those feelings, my prayer for you is that your birthday party will be perfect because it will include everything you love and enjoy!!
