My birthday is July 3rd and I will be 17. Yet I have no clue what I would like to do. I didn't get to have a sweet 16! So I want it to make up my sweet 16 and 17.

There is no reason why you cant have a belated Sweet 16. Have a great time.
What about bringing the sweet in with a beautiful variety of your favorite cookies or cupcakes or your favorite candies. Add in a little red white and blue for the 4th of July eve vibe and add in your very favorite activity!!!
