Unfortunately your book is not in what should be called 'good' condition (I'm only going by what I can see in your pictures).
Water stains usually devalue a book as much as any other defect and I cannot see the binding or the ends of your book so all I could rate it as would be usable/fair condition.

There are hundreds of pocket/vest size dictionaries listed for sale online but very few are selling no matter the age, condition, price or publisher as most people are not buying these as 'collectible' items but something to use or have available in place of a normal large dictionary.
I do not think you can compare your book with any of the listings online as each has it's own flaws and unless the book is in almost new (well preserved state) no true collector will be interested.
Your book was published by World Publishing and is not related to any original Webster publishers.
Here is the only listing that I found that may be comparable to your copy as it is very similar. Sold 3/21 for $9.99.

The only thing that may (or may not) deem your book a little more valuable is that it is a special edition made for service personnel at Fort Sill, OKLA. Your cover also displays the Army emblem/logo. If you emphasize these - Special Edition / Fort Sill, OKLA / Army Emblem / 1942.

You may be able to sell your book for $25-$35 but it may take several months to sell.

Unless they are over 100 years old or a signed first edition, they are usually worthless.

Unfortunately, it's not worth much. There's one listed for $12.42 on etsy:

I think it's sad that books aren't valued like they once were.

If the price of 1860's leather WEBSTER DICTIONARY is $35 www.etsy.com/.../websters-pocket-dictionary-1860s...
of 1934 leather WEBSTER DICTIONARY is $20 www.ebay.com/.../114726838709?hash=item1ab640a1b5...
then your dictionary costs about $ 13-18.

The value of this book is about $25 on todays market. These books generally bring in a little more when they are over 100 years old. www.ebay.com/.../leather-bound-websters-dictionary....
