Apple Beef Stroganoff

The apple juice gives this recipe a great flavor!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups apple juice
  • 1 env. brown gravy mix
  • 1 env. onion soup mix
  • 2 tsp. beef bouillon
  • 1 lb. stew beef, cut into bite-size pieces
  • slivered carrots to taste
  • small boiled potatoes or buttered egg noodles

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Combine apple juice, gravy mix, soup mix and bouillon in Dutch oven; mix well. Add beef and carrots. Bake, covered, for 3 hours or until beef is tender. Serve over potatoes or noodles.

Prep Time: 10-15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 3 Hours
