Baked Sweet Potato Halves

Baked Sweet Potato Halves on dinner plateWhen I bake whole sweet potatoes in the skins, the juice runs out and sticks to the aluminum foil. Before I put the foil in the trash, I can't help but break off the pieces of juice that have hardened and eat them. It's like eating candy.

With this recipe, you don't lose the juice. It leaves a crisp topping and makes the sweet potato even sweeter.

Cook Time: 40 minutes or more depending on size of the sweet potato
