Beef Tapa ala Filipino
Beef tapas are a favorite dish in the Philippines. Seasoned, marinated thin slices of beef are used to prepare this tasty dish which can be served and enjoyed at any meal.

Marinated beef makes the beef easier and faster to cook. We filipinos loves beef tapas so much we could just eat it from breakfast to dinner. It can be paired best with corn rice.

Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Yield: Depends on you
- 1/2 kg beef, sliced thinly
- 10 garlic cloves, sliced
- 2 pinches pepper
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- Slice the beef thinly.
- Prepare the garlic and pepper. Mix with the sliced beef.
- In another bowl, mix the soy sauce, vinegar and brown sugar.
- Mix the meat and sauce together. Marinate overnight for best results.
- Fry on low heat.
