Immunity from parvo lasts several years. It is unlikely that a dog can get it again, but not impossible
Usually if your dog has recovered from parvo - it's not likely they will catch it again.
My understanding from having a friend who's pup had parvo and survived, is they cannot get it again. They are supposed to have a life time immunity.
