Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Chop half the mushrooms. Slice the other half and save for later.

  4. Combine the chopped mushrooms with the meat, bread crumbs, cheese, egg, 1 clove of the garlic, salt and pepper.

  16. Add the sliced mushrooms and a bit of salt and pepper. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
