Chicken Zoodle-Do finished in panTasty chicken with spiralized zucchini and carrot for a quick, healthy meal!



  • 3/4 lb boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 zucchini, spiralized or cut into thin strips
  • 1 carrot, spiralized or cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp oyster sauce or fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp garlic chopped
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
Chicken Zoodle-Do ingredients


  1. Mix together in a plastic bag or a covered dish: lime juice, oyster sauce, chili sauce, garlic and sesame oil.
  2. Add chicken breast to mix. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  6. In a frying pan, oil slightly and add marinated chicken. It took me about 5 minutes per side since my chicken breast is sliced pretty thin.

  8. Flip over and cook the other side for another 4-5 minutes.

  10. Add your zoodles to the mix and stir to mix in the marinade.

  12. I covered mine after about 4 minutes and let it sit on the stove another 5 minutes.

  14. I sprinkled some nuts on top for crunch and served it with soy sauce on the side.

This recipe sounds great! I don't understand the picture of ingredients though?? It pictures; vinegar, salt, celery seed, and another red seasoning, none of which are listed in the ingredients???
