Chicken Zoodle-Do

Tasty chicken with spiralized zucchini and carrot for a quick, healthy meal!

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Mix together in a plastic bag or a covered dish: lime juice, oyster sauce, chili sauce, garlic and sesame oil.
  2. Ad

  3. Add chicken breast to mix. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Spiralize zucchini and carrot in a bowl.
  5. In a frying pan, oil slightly and add marinated chicken. It took me about 5 minutes per side since my chicken breast is sliced pretty thin.
  6. Flip over and cook the other side for another 4-5 minutes.
  7. Add your zoodles to the mix and stir to mix in the marinade.
  8. I covered mine after about 4 minutes and let it sit on the stove another 5 minutes.
  9. I sprinkled some nuts on top for crunch and served it with soy sauce on the side.
  10. Yummy way to get lots of healthy veggies, plus a unique way to have chicken breast. Enjoy!

This recipe sounds great! I don't understand the picture of ingredients though?? It pictures; vinegar, salt, celery seed, and another red seasoning, none of which are listed in the ingredients???
