Here is a list of products that are save for plastic dolls like yours. You can use scrubbing bubbles, Windex, Dawn dish soap or any other safe cleaner of your choice. Just avoid bleach and harsh chemicals. Add your product to the doll and allow it to sit for 5 minutes before using a toothbrush to scrub the area. Pay close attention to the area around the eyes so you don't remove the paint. If this is not working repeat the process. If the stains are so bd on the doll why not get some vinal paint and try painting the face a new color and dying the hair a different color.
