Cook Time: 55 minutes + 15 minutes natural release

Yield: Whole chicken

Ingredients:

  • whole chicken
  • 1.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1.5 tsp sea salt
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 bay leaves

Steps:

  1. Thaw whole chicken just until can remove the packaging. Add instant pot's trive. Pour 2 cups of water and add bay leaves. Add whole chicken in.
