A yummy dessert made with milk, graham crackers with fruit, jello and cheese on top.

Prep Time: 5 mins.

Total Time: 15 mins. 2 hours to set.

  • graham crackers
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can Nestle cream
  • grated cheese
  • 1 can fruits (any fruits will do)
  • 1 pkg Jello

  1. Mix the cans of condensed milk and Nestle cream. Prepare the jello according to package directions.
  2. Put graham crackers on the bottom of the container. Cover with a spoonful of the milk and cream mixture. Add another layer of graham crackers and cover with spoonful of milk and cream mixture.
  3. Ad

  4. On the third layer of graham crackers, put another spoonful of milk and cream mixture. This time spread the grated cheese.
  5. On the next layer of graham crackers, add the same spoonful and add grated cheese again along with the fruit cocktail and the jello.
  6. You are done; it's a no bake recipe. Just put it on the refrigerator for the jello to set.

Looks delicious. In the recipe, you state to put one "spoonful" of the milk-cream mixture over each cracker layer. What kind of spoon do you use?

The photo shows a large creamy bottom layer but neither a teaspoonful nor tablespoonful I'd enough to saturate the cookies -- much less produce the thick creamy layer shown in the photo. Thanks.

Also, what cheese do you suggest? To me, cream cheese or cottage cheese seem most suitable for desserts but you can't shred those.

Maybe it would be best to chill the all purpose cream for 30 minutes so that it won't be too runny when added to the condensed milk and the mixture would not drip all the way down to the bottom of the cracker layers..

You can use a cheddar cheese or a parmesan cheese.
