Crispy Fried Tofu with Scallions
Very delicious tofu with green onions! I especially love eating the entree with rice!

Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 5 people
- 2 package tofu
- 1 bunch green onion
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 water
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- Clean tofu with water and pat dry. Cut tofu in square pieces.
- Dice green onions and place in a bowl. Add olive oil, water, fish sauce, and sugar into the bowl. Mix and set aside for later.
- In a pan put the vegetable oil and turn on medium heat until hot. Add tofu to fry until yellow. Then pick up each tofu piece and dip into the green onions bowl you set aside earlier.
- Add the remaining green onion on top. Ready to eat and enjoy!
