Dark Spots in Vinyl Flooring?

I live by myself. One morning I got up and noticed that there are black spots in different areas of my vinyl floor. I don't know how they got there. Nothing was dropped on it and it seems to be under the first layer of the vinyl floor. I don't understand. It is not cleanable.
