There are special fabric Markers and fabric paint that are made special for this sort of application. You can find them at arts and craft stores like JoAnn, Hobby Lobby, Michaels, etc. or online off Amazon. There are different brands so be sure to read the label so you know that you have gotten the right one to fill your need.
