I was given the colors orange and yellow to decorate a table and I've never done anything like this before. Any ideas of how to bring these colors together with both food and decor?

Orange = pumpkin, carrots
Yellow = summer squash, corn
Crepe paper streamers and balloons in these colors.
Maple leaves and different squashes would be cute
Orange and yellow flowers as table decoration. Bowls of citrus items such as oranges, lemons, grapefruits, peaches, bananas, etc. can be used as table décor and you could prepare citrus type foods to serve.
If you're going for a fall theme, use bowls of orange and yellow candy, fall flowers and leaves as table decoration along with gourds, multi-colored corn and winter squash. You food choices could include sweet potatoes, roasted fall vegetables and pumpkin bread.
What a fun theme!!
For your main course, you can use yellow and orange peppers (stuffed peppers either hot made with ground beef or ground turkey or ground chicken) or cold and filled with chicken salad or tuna salad.
For dessert--cupcakes with yellow and orange icing.
Your beverages can be orange soda and lemonade.
Your decorations can be pumpkins, gourds, leaves, and cute fall figurines dressed in orange and yellow outfits.

This is now the season for Chrysanthemums(Mums) real or artificial, they come such large array of colors including yellow,orange,red,purple.white and some mixed colors!
Omg thanks. Y'all are so helpful. I'm definitely going to incorporate ideas from all of you. I have a good amount of time but I will definitely take pictures.
