Easy Crab Cakes

If you have canned crab meat on hand, these crab cakes are extremely easy to make, quick and tasty! You will have a meal ready in less than 10 minutes. (1 pound can yields 6 generous sized crab cakes.)

Prep Time: 3 minutes

Cook Time: 7 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes

Yield: 6 crab cakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp Mayo
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard
  • 2 tsp Dried parsley
  • 1 lb Crab meat
  • 3 Tbsp Panko crumbs

Steps:

  1. In a large bowl, add mayo, egg, salt, dry mustard, dried parsley, panko crumbs and mix.
  2. Fold crab meat in and coat with mixture.
  3. Line baking pan with parchment paper. Evenly divide and shape into 6 crab cakes.
  4. Put oven to broil setting for about 7 minutes or until ready.
