I would really like to know how to make pet ladybugs food with either honey or raisins. Would you please tell me how to?

I have ladybugs come in for the winter-- I gave them one raisin that had been soaked in warm water, a bit of fresh lettuce, and honey mixed with just a little warm water. I use a dropper into one of the holes in the plastic container that I set up with bark, a little soil and grass before it snowed. All have lived from nov to now.
My ladybugs died.
