Where can I find extra blades for my Dexter's wool cutter? In the directions it says to obtain extra blades from Leeward and I know they went out of business.

I would look on E bay. They are listed there for sale. There are the wool cutters for sale there as well as extra blades.

Your Dexter is almost "ancient" but still very popular.
There are always items like this with blades for sale at many different places.
Most listings are for more than blades but just blades can be found with just a little more research.
