I did do a search on eBay and did find a Q foot and needle pack for Kenmore sewing machine for sale. I am not sure if that is what you are looking for. Do a search of your own and see what you come up with.
You can call or visit a Sears Service Center and tell them what you need. They should have all the information on your Kenmore product and can supply you with any part you need.
They will also be able to tell you what brand of machine your Kenmore is so you will be able to find what you need by both or either brand name (Kenmore is only the Sears name not the company that made it for Sears).
