Can anyone tell me what does it mean if you occasionally smell something that smells like farts or a stinky bum throughout the bedroom? For the last year my kids and I get a bad smell in the bedroom like someone just walked in smelling terrible, but there's no one there but us. As fast as it comes, it gradually goes away and we are unable to explain what or who it is! Do I need to have the house blessed?

This sounds like septic fumes coming up through the toilet or pipes in the wall. This can happen if you have a septic tank. I'd check to make sure it doesn't need cleaning. If you don't have a septic tank, then it sounds like one of your drains could have some hair or something in there that is causing this smell.
It doesn't go throughout the house ... it is contained to one bedroom & it's the room my mom passed away in 4yrs ago !!
Highly likely a rodent of sorts has died in there or even in the walls or pipes. That's what ours was, anyway!
I don't it's a dead rodent ... had a pipe burst, but it was fixed weeks ago !! I've been having this problem w/ the smell since my mom died 4yrs ago & she was in this exact room !!
