My recommendation would be to just keep it simple. The Lord isn't looking for the next poet, and remember that's who you're talking to. You may even want to address the speech to him and ask if he doesn't mind that the rest of the parish listen in. You're there to receive him, he's not asking for more than that. (12/29/2006)
