Food Sticks on Foreman Grill?

I have the large grilling machine. Everything sticks to the non-stick surface. You can't even take it apart, like the size below this one; it is so fast to clean. What happen to this one?

You need to spray the surface with oil. It never tells you that in the guide though. Better yet, get yourself a cast iron skillet, season it well, and you'll never have that problem again. Plus it's much faster and easier to clean. Wipe it out,re-oil it and it's ready for the next time!

Spray the Foreman Grill with Pam before you start heating it up. After you cook the food, take 2 papertowels and saturate them with water and put them on the surface (after unplugging the grill).

Let it sit while you eat. It will loosen everything on the surface and clean-up is a breeze.

Nothing holds in the juices like a George Foreman grill.
