I have a 2008 Ford Edge and the rear washer fluid does not work. The wiper works on the rear and front and the washer fluid works on the front. Is it the motor for the rear washer or the lines?

If you see water dribbling out below, or around where the water is supposed to be coming out, then it is the nozzle. If the water is not leaking out in this fashion, it might be the water pump in the back.

I think there is a clog in the line. You may need compressed air to blow it out.
