I always do - I stand a heavy duty freezer zip-grip bag up in a wide-mouth jar or a measuring jug and ladle or pour cooled gravy or juice into the bag until half full. Zip closed, test for leakage then flatten and lay flat in the freezer. Great for soups and stews, too, btw, not just quick gravy:)
