Freezing Mature Chinese Peas?

How do I freeze edible but matured snap or Chinese pea pods? They have full pods.

Well, the Chinese pea pods are definitely past it. Sugar snap peas are at their sweetest just when they get full, so taste them to see if they are still sweet, and then follow the directions above. You can always let them continue to mature and use then for next years seed.
